Morgan's Policies 

We expect our guests to be polite and respectful of each other, our staff and our property. We do not tolerate cussing, inappropriate , disrespectful, or discriminate behavior. We want to create a wholesome, family focused environment allowing all to feel comfortable and welcome. Those that do not follow the rules will be politely asked to leave.

We are a dog friendly place for friendly dogs. We love our four legged friends but also want to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests who don't. If your dog barks excessively and doesn't handle being around large crowded areas, this isn't the place to bring them.  All pets must be on a leash at all times and under direct supervision. Pets must also remain calm, quite and respectable. Must clean up all messes.

Dogs are welcome on kayaks and canoes. NO DOGS in rafts!

Please only park in designated parking spots. Do not make up parking spots, if unsure please refer to map or ask a staff member. Failure to park in the correct area can lead to be being fined or towed (at owner expense). Each campsite has a car limit, please see details on the campsite page, all extra cars can be parked in main lot.

We love our grass and green spaces and protect it with strict parking rules. Thank you for your understanding and corporation  

Guests of campers are permitted as long as you maintain the maximum number of people per your site. All guests must leave before quite hours begin at 11pm. All guests must follow the campground rules and park in the overflow lot

We understand people love to camp with trailers or bring ATVS or other vehicles to use at near by places. If you are bringing a trailer please reach out and we can find the best place for you. Please don't assume you can bring or park your trailer wherever you want.

We only allow golf carts to be driven on our property.

We allow campers and RVs at our discretion. You must reach out, please do not assume. Generally if the ground is dry, we allow small pop-ups and trailers in our lower sites 1-7, our group sites and our tree line sites. RVs or large trailers (<14ft) are welcome only in our tree line sites. All campers must park in designated areas and cars must remain in their designated parking spot.
